2. How to order from Dilocious?

Dilocious enables users to buy the products of their choice from any seller throughout the website. They can simply do it by clicking on either “Add to cart” or “Buy Now”. Now click on “Checkout” option after confirming the products and quantities and then login with your credentials for old user or register account for new user. New users can also proceed with “Guest Checkout” option but “Register Account” is recommended for customers. Afterwards they can click on “Login” or “Register” and proceed to make the final payment. On the payment page customers are free to choose any of their preferred payment option and confirm the order. After making the payment, do not refresh the page, it will be automatically directed to the order confirmation page and customers will receive an email and SMS for confirmation of their order.

Dilocious ensures that seller is shipping the fresh product from his store when your order is dispatched. All the products listed on Dilocious have a minimum shelf life of 7 days.

5. How long it will take to deliver my order?

Dilocious ships the orders with lesser shelf life by air shipping and products with longer shelf life are shipped by surface shipping. Hence, orders shipped by air are delivered in 4-5 days from the date of order dispatch and orders shipped by surface shipping are delivered in 7-10 days from the date of dispatch. All the orders placed on Dilocious are shipping via most prominent logistic companies like FedEx, BlueDart, etc.


6. How can I pay on Dilocious.com for my order?

Dilocious accepts all the widely used payment methods for accepting payments for orders. Customers can pay to Dilocious via all the major credit and debit cards, Net-banking service provided by major banks in India, UPI, Paytm Wallet, etc. International cards like Diners Club (through Paytm Gateway) and American Express are also accepted for payments. All the orders placed on Dilocious are prepaid ie customers need to make payment in advance to complete the order.

10. “ I changed my mind after placing an order. “

In case you have changed your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order till it is not shipped from the seller. Once the order is shipped from the seller, it is not possible to cancel the order.
