A delightful blend of flavorsome seeds, fennel seeds, nigella seeds, golden fenugreek, radhuni(celery) seeds and colored cumin seeds. Used mainly to coat each dish with a delectable layer of spices, the Panchphoron is first fried in ghee to make it pop and then put into the main dish.
